In the traditional management accounting, cost behavior is the dependencerelationship between cost and traffic. Enterprise cost stickinesss is that when theenterprise cost income rises,the marginal gain of cost stickiness is greater thanwhen income decrease, namely cost has certain sticky behavior. The existing relatedresearch shows that, the relationship between the sales and management cost andincome is not always into linear function relationship. In this paper，the research is the theme，which is between the enterprise cost sticky existence, and in the bank creditfinancing and the commercial credit financing to enterprise cost sticky inhibitioneffect and in considering legal protection degree of cases, both to cost theinfluence of viscosity.
