With the continuous development of information technology，the informationstandardization work of audit in our country is also gradually improved. In2010, thenational standards committee approved and issued enterprises and administrativeinstitutions accounting software data interface standards. In2011, the national standardscommittee approved financial information technology enterprise resource planning datainterface series of national standards. These standards focus on defining the range of theoutput data in ERP system, data structure and data element name，to implement ERPsystem output data standardization, and enhance the use value of the data. However, thestandard output data is easy to be damaged and is hard to be operated with the type ofXml. Therefore, evaluating the validity of ERP standard output data and converting ERPstandard output data need us to solve in the process of the national standard data interfaceapplication.The paper is on the theoretical and technical foundation of ERP standard outputdata, with the formation process of ERP standard output data as the main line,considering that the audit of ERP standard output data need to be audited with fouraspects, such as data-source, data-interface, data-documents and data-transfer. The paperfocuses on the discussion to the data-document, and proposes from the technical quality,professional quality and the use of quality to evaluate the validity of the data-document,and establish an effectiveness evaluation model to judge the validity of the data-document.The ERP standard output data conversion in essence belongs to the conversionbetween heterogeneous data. Due to the existing database software products cannot fullyidentify ERP standard output data structure of data, directly importing the data can’taccomplish the data transformation. The paper combine with the ERP standard output data technology, and use the DOM interface and ADO.NET technology to realize theERP standard output data converting to Access or Excel, and verify the result ofconverting.Finally, the paper uses Microsoft.net development platform to complete the designand development of the ERP standard output data application system, which can satisfythe users to browse and query ERP standard output data, and provide some basic financialindicators analysis, trend analysis, and data transformation, etc.
