With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing the environment that has become more dynamic and complex, competition among enterprises has shifted from tangible resource to organizational capacity. Keeping on strengthening organizational innovation and improving innovation performance in order to win sustainable competitive advantage has become the consensus of theorists and practitioners.In order to improve innovation capability, one organization should regard the knowledge as core resources, enhance organizational learning capability through good knowledge management. As significant organization change activities, organizational learning and organizational innovation need the support from the internal readiness for change. Atmosphere of open communication in the organization has the good effct of guiding and inspiring on organizational learning and organizational innovation activities. So there is noteworthy influence of communication openness and readiness for change on organizational learning and innovation performance. This paper is to analyze the relationship between communication openness, readiness for change, organizational learning and innovation performance combining with empirical investigation and thorough discussion.Based on communication openness theories, readiness for change theories, organizational learning theories and innovation performance theories, integrating theoretical deduction and empirical research methods, study the impact path and mechanism that communication openness affect organizational learning and innovation performance, investigate the function that readiness for change play role between communication openness and organizational learning, and that organizational learning play role between communication openness and innovation performance. Based on related theory put forward assumption, adopting questionnaire collection the data, make use of statistics analysis software of SPSS18.0and Lisre18.7, adopting factor analysis, description analysis, correlation analysis, T-test analysis, One-way ANOVA analysis and structure equation methods test concept model and assumption.Based on theories analysis and empirical study get the following main conclusions:1. Besides different working years and enterprise character, other control variables show significant differences on communication openness, readiness for change, organizational learning and innovation performance;2. Under the context of domestic enterprises operating environment and traditional culture, readiness for change can be summed up by four dimensions of as "vision recognition","benefit consistency","learning attitude" and "change recognition".3. Communication openness has directly positive effect on organizational learning; Communication openness has directly positive effect on readiness for change; Communication openness has directly positive effect on innovation performance.4. Readiness for change has directly positive effect on organizational learning.5. Organizational learning has directly positive effect on innovation performance.6. Readiness for change plays as a partial mediator between communication openness and organizational learning.7. Organizational learning plays as full mediator between communication openness and innovation performance.
