China Pingmei Shenma Group is formed by two listed companies that the Pingdingshan sharesand Shenma shares, and its industry throughout the nine provinces of Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Shanghai,Shaanxi, and the products are exported to over30countries and regions, and has established a strategiccooperative relationship with more than40World Top500Enterprises and multinational corporations.With the rapid development of China Pingmei Shenma Group, its capital management issues graduallyexposed and influenced its future development. If these capital management issues could not be wellresolved, the future pace of development of China Pingmei Shenma Group will slow down, and perhapseven would have a huge crisis management. In this context, this paper deeply analyzed the capitalmanagement issues of China Pingmei Shenma Group and researched the related specific measures andrecommendations.This paper analyzed the capital management status and problems in China Pingmei ShenmaGroup. The problems are mainly concentrated in five areas, including the funding management issues,investment management issues, capital operation and management issues, funds management system issuesand money management safeguards issues. In fact, above-mentioned five problems are the commonproblems in the capital management of China’s large state-owned enterprise. For example, about thefinancing management, the problems are that the financing channel is single and the financing risk is huge;about the investment management, the problems are that the investment area is too wide and the investmentefficiency is too low; and about the capital operation and management, the problems are that the accountsreceivable management is improper and the cash flow ratio is unreasonable. This paper focuses on thecountermeasures and suggestions for the funds management of China Pingmei Shenma Group. Firstly, it isproposed to strengthen the financing management from broadening the financing channels, strengtheningthe credit management and internal borrowing management. Secondly, it is proposed to improve theinvestment efficiency. Thirdly, it is proposed to strengthen the capital operation and management. Then, itis proposed to strengthen the capital management system construction and the funds managementprotection measures, including that optimizing the governance structure, paying attention to themanagement personnel training, enhancing the information management and building the advancedenterprise culture.The innovation of the paper is: comprehensively analyzed the capital management issues ofChina Pingmei Shenma Group, and creatively put forward some related countermeasures and suggestionsto solve these problems. The inadequacies of the paper are that the analysis of some problems is not deepenough, and need to further strengthen the learning.
