Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the world cultural heritage. With the deepening of the understanding, Intangible cultural heritage has be taken more and more seriously, although people’s understanding of it and its cultral social value has experienced a certain stage. Because the characteristic of intangible cultural heritage meets the requirements of the people’s pursuiting of cultural experience, spirit to enjoy,its exploitation is paid more and more attention. But lots of questions appear in intangible cultural heritage’s exploitation, for lack of knowing its feartures and excessive emphasis on its economic benefits and ignore the protection. Therefore, under this background, how to make the intangible cultural heritage developed reasonablely,which not only protecting its spirit and culture connotation, but also realizing its economic value and social value,has become acentral issue concerned by all circles.The intangible cultural heritage of folk festival customs is an important heritage in traditional Chinses culture, carrying the pray of Chinese for unity, harvest, etc;Joyful and peaceful atmosphere, singing and dancing form,reflects people pursuit more lively and better life, which is the spiritual essence of traditional Chinese culture. In this background, This paper hopes to provide reference to realize a win-win situation in protection and development for the Chinese intangible cultural heritage, and contribute to the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage of our country.
