JF’s area is an important source of the weathering and leaching of limonite, in the miningarea of hundreds of square kilometers, scattered distribution of a large number of limonite,hematite ore mining, from the sixty’s until now, the local mining industry prospers. JFcompany is the exploitation of the area with a long history, the formation of the miningenterprises must mining scale, has a production history of nearly forty years, has made certaincontribution for the local economic development. At present, JF company to change themining area due to years of mining, limonite ore resources reduction, quality requirementsremaining reserves are already cannot satisfy the iron and steel industry iron concentrate intothe furnace, can low pin to the cement factory as an ingredient of red iron ore, decided toadopt the domestic advanced (i.e., limonite, hematite, don’t choose) technology, building anannual processing capacity of160000tons/year of limonite ore dressing plant.This dissertation consists of five chapters, in reference to the domestic advanced "red orebeneficiation" on the basis of experimental research, the strong magnetic technology withreliable, high production efficiency, can make the enterprise get rid of the current pooroperating efficiency, to meet the iron and steel market recovery, ready to upgrade the productrapid development objective. This paper starts from the project economic evaluation theory,through the analysis of cost and benefit evaluation of the use of economic benefit analysisand project, finding out the problems in the process of project implementation from theeconomic point of view, and put forward the project implementation measures, so thatenterprises limonite resources. At the same time, to promote the region "red ore beneficiationtechnology progress" development and play a demonstration role.JF company is an iron ore mining enterprises, leading enterprises in the region, thisarticle launches the analysis to JF company in the implementation process, with the form ofcase study, based on the development of the market situation, industry trends, its management,based on actual data, using the cost analysis and financial analysis method, to study theimplementation of the project economic benefits, finally through multi-level analysis of thetargeted guidance, provide to the enterprise in the course of business application.
