In today’s society, the grain size is reduced, the population is increasing, the realitydemand for food is increasing, how to improve grain yield by increasing grain productionefficiency is the focus of many scholars. However, from the actual results, although someareas have successful experience of the scale operation of grain, but most did not achievesubstantial results expected,and review profound theory. Most scholars think that canimprove the technical efficiency of food production and increase food production capacity,can effectively avoid the waste of land, at the same time, many researchers found that there isa relationship between cultivated land scale and efficiency of production technology, but theassociated form many scholars hold different opinions. Most of the previous research, basic tothe land productivity, capital profit rate, labor productivity and other traditional productivityindex as determinants of scale efficiency to evaluate. However, productivity and efficiency isrelated to but different connotation of two concepts. And, most of the measuring efficiency isnonparametric analysis based on the provincial level, seldom seen from the appropriateparameters of quantitative analysis of the farmers of the land management scale. Based on theabove two points, the main purpose of this study is to farmers is farmers in grain productionestimation based on parameter model, gives the exact relationships between variables, theintrinsic variation so as to objectively reveal grain land scale and efficiency of productiontechnology, starting from the technical production efficiency optimal angle, determine themoderate scale; two is the regression analysis of the influencing factors of the productiontechnical efficiency, explore the influencing factors on the technical efficiency of the directionand degree of the scale of operation, pointed out to achieve optimal production should beimproved which aspects, to find out the optimal scale approachThis study includes six parts: the first chapter introduces the background and dynamicresearch at home and abroad, points out the research purpose and research ideas and methodsof the research objective, content, related concepts; chapter second on the scale and efficiencyof production technology of land management and the basic theory of the solution in detail;the third chapter introduces the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi cultivated land the size of grain changes and technical efficiency; the fourth chapter was measured in Guanzhong area ofproduction technical efficiency based on SFA method; the fifth chapter in the technicalefficiency has estimated values of the analysis of the factors affecting technical efficiencybased on TOBIT regression model; based on the sixth chapter of technical efficiency andinfluencing factors, In order give the feasible suggestions to the local governmentdepartments tfor improvement, the main conclusions of this study are included:(1) Medium scale farmers’ production efficiency is higher than that of small-scalefarmers and farmers larger scale, in the existing technology and production factors underdifferent size groups, all scale farmers have more room to improve technical efficiency;(2) Medium scale of farmers’ production efficiency is higher than the small-scale farmersand a large-scale farmers, under the existing technology conditions, the farmer’s technicalefficiency have a bigger promotion space; In the influence factors, labor age, familynon-agricultural income, agricultural income and non-agricultural income ratio, farmersplanting land, rent land and scale, all of these factors have a significant influence on foodproduction technical efficiency. Yet, labor education degree and rent land ratio have nosignificant effect on efficiency.(3) In the Guanzhong area, for the small and medium-sized group of farmers shouldadditional funding and land area of investment in order to promote production efficiency.Large-scale grain farmers should reduce capital investment and land area in order to improvethe efficiency of production technology(4) The local government should be combined with the actual situation of the localfarmers, respect their wishes and encourage the farmers to achieve the appropriate scale ofmedium scale (0.33-0.53hm2) to arrange the agricultural activities...
