Policy Support For Agricultural Enterprises Behavior Performance Studies

By model analysis of sample data on30key agriculturalenterprises above the provincial level in Jiangxi Province from2005to2010, found that:(1) during the review period, from the point of view of the government, enterprises,farmers in three different stakeholders, the sample behavior performance is only based onthe perspective of the government (social) and, based on farmers, business perspectivehas declined;(2) during the review period, of sample enterprises based on theperformance and support policies of government, business, the behavior of the farmers’Perspective are significantly related. This shows that, on the one hand, the supportpolicies for the behavior changes in performance of the leading agricultural enterprisesdid produce the influence; On the other hand, the actual impact of the role of supportivepolicies and policy objectives there is a certain deviation, shown in the sample based onfarmers this core the perspective of performance during the observation period has beenincreasing.According to the results of empirical analysis, this paper proposes the followingpolicy recommendations:(1) continue to be taken to support the development of leadingagricultural enterprises policy;(2) According to the results of policy evaluation, dynamicadjustment and optimization of the leading enterprises in policy support system, to makeit more inclined to support agriculture and farmers;(3) monitoring and evaluation system,improve the focus of leading enterprises focus on policy patronage object based on thethe farmers perspective outstanding performance leading agricultural enterprises above.
