Study On The Impact Of Supply Chain Partnership On The Manufacturer’s Enterpris Performance Under The Risk

With the wide application of the high and new technology and science andtechnology innovation speed up, enterprise survival and competitive pressure graduallyincreases, cooperation between enterprises and enterprises becomes more and moreimportant, especially the supply chain partnership.In order to seek the new developmentway, learn advancedtechnology knowledge and obtain the latest market data, it isnecessary to take cooperative innovation.Now, in the supply chain, it is appear a newmode based on product strategy and innovation. This mode needs carrying out closecooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises insupply chain in orderto meet customer demand diversity and response to environmental variability. So, howto establish and maintain good supply chain partnership, and to improve enterpriseperformance has become the issue which will be explored by this research.With the interdisciplinary perspective, this paper combined the different disciplinestheory and methods,creatively made risk factors as control variables, to investigate theeffects of supply chain partnership on enterprise performance, and made supplierinvolvement as an intermediate variable so that investigated the influence mechanismbetween the three. Refer to some view points of scholars at home and abroad, the riskcan be divided into internal risk and external risk, which were discussed on theregulatory role in the development process of their cooperation in the supply chainenterprises. Research methods adopted literature analysis method, questionnaire surveymethod and statistical analysis method. Survey questionnaires were sent outtoon-campus and off-campus MBA, EMBA students, and divided into paper questionnairesand email two ways. Then, with the help of SPSS and AMOS two statistical tools, thesurvey data was analyzed. Last, the author discussed the results of this research, andsuggested avenues for the future research.This study puts forward that the supply chain partnership and enterpriseperformance is positive correlation. When in cooperation, the higher internal risk andexternal risk are, the more obvious the positive influence is. This reminds thecooperative enterprises that it is not only to fulfill their commitments, foster a sense of trust, establish information communication channels, and strengthen coordination of thecooperation between the two sides, but also should pay attention to an important role ofthe risk factors of internal and external environment under the influence process. Inaddition, there are great differences between different risk factors and the role of supplychain partnership in the degree of impact on enterprise performance. Therefore, whetherthe analysis and discussion for the research results or the index system of the researchhas great significance for the future of the scholars and entrepreneurs.
