So far,70of top100enterprises have launched their official branding weibo. For an enterprise, in view of rapid popularization of domestic social media and flourishing of varieties of SNS applications, this thesis will take a research focus on how to seize the popularization of social medias for operation of official weibo; how to make use of this social media tool in branding promotion, brand reputation improvement, emotion connection with targeted customers, and users’satisfaction.Targeting operating approaches of enterprise official weibo, this study will conduct analysis on operation objectives and background of Beijing Unicom official weibo, as well as enterprise features. Through analyzing specific cases of both domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations’official weibos, it will investigate operating rules of social internet media; find out deficiency of works in operating Beijing Unicom official weibo. Purpose of this study is to improve operation level of official weibo, and to lead the operation to be more scientific and professional, both of which can contribute to achieve more effective interaction with users, to upgrade enterprise influence, to promote banding reputation, and to play an important assistive role in enterprise development.In the end, regarding how to commence operation of enterprise official weibo, how to gain control of key points in operation process, and how to evaluation operation performance, this thesis will provide a number of solutions and proposals.
