Study On Chinese Urban And Rural Fringe Safety Issues

"Rural-urban fringe zone" is an concept that extremely has the Chinese characteristic of urban spatial expansion, it focus on the many contradictions and problems in the process of China’s urbanization. As the zone borderline characteristics become more and more prominent, it has become the intersection zone and sensitive areas of social contradictions and conflicts in our country, it’s also become a node of city development, overall urban-rural development, urban-rural integration which can not be avoided. In the process of "world city" construction, Beijing is inevitable to solve series of problems which emerging in the process of urbanization timely and accurately as the capital of the country. The problems caused by the emergence of the integration of urban and rural areas become one of the problems to be settled urgently at present.This Paper based on the security problems about integration of urban and rural areas of Beijing as research content, typical model selection and integration of urban and rural areas of Beijing Hui Longguan, Changping District town "four North Village" as a research perspective in-depth investigation and study. The author takes Beijing Changping District " four North Village " as the object of study, starting from the perspective of public management, adopt one case study as the breakthrough of overall research, combined with the use of field research and literature research methods such as the safety of the "four North Village" to research management issues. Based on the investigation and analysis of security situation of the social structure of "north four village" area, to carry out research and analysis on the hidden safety problems of "four North Village" area, and then put forward some pertinence, effectiveness, operational work countermeasures and suggestions, to assist the local public security organs to breakthrough bottleneck, find the cause of the problem, the theory of rich, improve work efficiency measures. On this basis, do a better job in the maintenance of stability work of reference and ideas for other communities, villages and towns and counties with similar situation.The theory of this paper, is divided into seven parts. The introduction part mainly introduces the background of this study; Second, introduced the concept of "urban-rural integration" sources, types and the existing problems respectively; Then around the typical urban-rural fringe "north four village" on the current situation of the basic theory combined with the actual in this paper, And then was handled in this paper, the causes of the problem, the analysis of the causes for problem solving; Finally, the author in the research of this thesis trigger point in the process of thinking and ideas as the end of this article.The facts of this article, the author combined with the reality in theory, will the current situation of "four village north in the photograph echo with theory discussed in the paper, be justified, there are both theoretical support, and data support and based on facts.
