Study On Kazakhstan’s Investment Environment

China and kazakhstan are friendly neighbors, since the normalization of diplomatic relationsbetween the two countries in1992，good and stable development of bilateral relationships inpolitical, economic, cultural and other fields have been strengthening. At the same time, especiallyin the pursuit of "Peace and Development" in today’s international community in safeguardingworld peace and the fight against terrorism has allowed the two countries to cooperate closely. Amechanism internal development and deeper multilateral cooperation has been established becauseof the friendly relationship that Kazakhstan has with the”Shanghai Cooperation Organization’’the current tide of regional economic integration has driven by further to strengthen therelationship between China and Kazakhstan which builds a positive effect on the bilateral economicand trade cooperation in line with the fundamental interests of the two countries. Kazakhstan’s richresources, the unique characteristics of foreign trade and investment environment has a significantrole in promoting the development of China and Kazakhstan trade. The two sides signed the”China-Kazakhstan cooperation in the21st century strategy",”China and Kazakhstan NeighborlyFriendship and Cooperation Treaty" China and Kazakhstan economic Cooperation andDevelopment Plan”and other important documents laid a solid foundation for pragmaticcooperation between the two sides in various fields. Meanwhile, China’s Xinjiang region borderingKazakhstan, status living in bilateral trade between China and Kazakh’stan cant be ignored. Furtherdeepening of China and Kazakhstan economic cooperation is bound to be more conducive so topromote the full restoration of Kazakhstan and Xinjiang regional economic and social development.In recent years, trade and investment between China and Kazakhstan achieved rapid and stableincrease, but which exists in the middle that are not conductive to the development of bilateralinvestment factors cannot be ignored. Based on the basis between China and Kazakhstan traderesearch, study of the investment environment in Kazakhstan, depth analysis of proposed priorityareas for investment may be at risk, so that Chinese enterprises have a more comprehensiveunderstanding of the investment environmentin Kazakhstan.
