Juntanghu basin belongs to the army inland arid climate, and three kinds of technologyintegration modes of high efficient water saving demonstration are demonstrated andpromoted in the watershed. The research work is on the basis of the study of "typicalwatershed comprehensive agricultural water-saving technology system integration anddemonstration ", which is with the support of science and technology project during Xinjiang"ten two five" project.First of all, after three kinds of water-saving irrigation m odes adopted, through thedemonstration of the investigation, I get the result: the effect of three models is better thanthat of small furrow irrigation under the same condition, such as in production, income,saving and other aspects, but the changeable cost per mu is slightly higher than the smallfurrow irrigation, which is mainly due to the fact that the increasing cotton production resultsin an increase in picking cotton and an increase in input correlation of water-saving irrigationsupplies.Next, under conditions of input-output balance model in the construction of the completecost, three models were carried out economic profit and loss balance analysis, the test drawsthe conclusion: the farmer have the ability to take responsibility for the fixed cost of watersaving irrigation demonstration technology integration model application to what happenedafter the equipment depreciation and the variable cost of planting input. Because thegovernment assumes a considerable part of the fixed investment, and offers financial subsidyfor the application of water saving irrigation demonstration technology integration model,farmers can bring about a greater profit space to use this technology based model, and canbetter avoid risk.Then, based on the demonstration of farmers in the micro perspective, through calculationand analysis of3kinds of models of agricultural irrigation water efficiency and technicalefficiency among the143farmer1years of microscopic cross section data, the preliminarydraws a conclusions as follows: the efficiency of farmer production technical is good, factorswhich have the significant influences include the age of farmers, whether typical householdsor leaders, whether the loan, whether to participate in economic organization or training, butthe efficiency of irrigation water is low.Finally, using the comprehensive evaluation method and Lagrange combination weightingmodel, the test makes comprehensive results evaluation on three kinds of models, obtaining aconclusion that automation mode integrated is the best. Based on the above researchconclusion, the test gives the countermeasures and the suggestions to select and promoteefficient water-saving demonstration technology of Juntanghu basin army demonstration area.
