Governmental Behavior In The Building SME Credit Guarantee System In China

The development of SME promotes our county’s economy progress greatly, but its financing situation is not match with its contribution. Although our government takes some preferntial financial policy to SME in recent years, but it is difficult to meet the the huge funding gap due to the rapid development of SME. Under this background, the SME credit guarantee arises at the historic moment. In the SME credit guarantee system construction process, in addition to relying on SME operators hard work, also needs the government to exercise the corresponding function. Based on comparative analysis, induction and integrated approach research methods, this paper explores our country’s SME organization operation situation and general rules, clarifying governmental role,function and existing problemsin SME credit guarantee system, learn experience from other governments in the building of SME credit guarantee system and successful operation, proposes some countermeasures to construct our country’s SME credit guarantee system,the paper tries to do a little poor power in opening up SME financing channel,perfecting and enriching our country’s credit guarantee and credit theory.
