Since21st Century, the concept of "business model" gradually enters people’s field ofvision, and becomes to be the focus of academic and business practice research. Futurecompetition among enterprises is not the product competition, but competition betweenbusiness models. Hidden champions are those small and medium-sized enterprises whichfocus on a particular market segment, have a relatively low social awareness, but to occupy50%of the market share or leading position in the industry. Research on the business modelof hidden champion has important significance for the small and medium enterprises whichunder in the high-speed development of information technology, the diversification ofconsumer demands and fierce market competition. This e research can provide a new thoughtof development for the small and medium-sized enterprise management who want to becometo be the hidden champions; at the same time can broaden the research perspective of hiddenchampion.This paper used the case study method of qualitative analysis, analyzed the businessstrategy and the bottleneck of the development of hidden champion companies accorded tothe business model theory, summarized the way of forming hidden champion enterprisecompetitive advantage. The innovation of this paper lies in constructing the hidden championcompanies business model, the model consists of driving mode, the growth process ofpioneering initial stage of "123" mode and new growth model becoming to be the champion.In order to verify the accuracy of the model, the author selected GOODBABY Group inJiangsu as a case study, proofed the science of hidden champion enterprises business modelthrough introducing the early start, the company growth stage and new development periodafter the champion, in order to provide some reference to the development of SMEs in Chinawhich committed to become the industry champion.For the management of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, in the face offierce market competition, learning hidden champion enterprises limited resources to focus ona particular segment of the market, committing to establish interaction with target customersclosely, promoting technological innovation continuous will be an important way to build itsown core competitive ability.
