Research On The Feasibility Of Resort Hotel Project Investment

To "comprehensive develop the domestic tourism, and actively develop inbound tourism and orderly develop the outbound tourism. Promote key tourist areas, the construction of tours." As developing of the tourism industry, the hotel industry,as one of the pillar industries of tourism, will be large-scale development.Currently, the resort hotel and holiday resort in China is still a Emerging industries. At now,Hotel feasibility study still use the original model of the project investment feasibility study, but it’s not fit to the resort hotel. Market analysis should be carried out before investor make a decion on the hotel investmen, but most of them didn’t do it.because of this,a lot of hotel investment projects only "approved" without feasibility and operability.Therefore, to developed a set of qualitative and quantitative, scientific and practical Resort hotel project investment feasibility analysis method, has a very important significance to the sustainable development of the hotel industry.This paper first introduces the classification of the hotel, the concept of the resort hotel, and analyze the difference between the Resort hotels and the other hotels, leads to the resort hotel project investment feasibility analysis of the content, significance, and then analyzed resort hotel investment feasibility study, including investment environmental analysis, market analysis, positioning, location analysis, return on investment analysis, analysis to come up with a mode Resort project investment decision-making feasibility studies, and finally, use the case——Y resort hotel in X holiday resort to conduct feasibility studies to test the feasibility of the model, the demonstration project is feasible, to provide a sufficient basis for investment decisions.
