The Research Of Backflow Mechanism Question In The International Process Of RMB

under the background of twice financial crisis in the world, and the rise of China international position, must improve the RMB’s international status,and vigorously promote the internationalization of RMB,but due to the structural imbalance of direction and magnitude of the cross-border circulation of RMB,it must touch the question of the backflow mechanism of RMB.It is important for the question,which is existing in the current cross-border circulation of RMB and affecting the smooth internationalization of RMB,to build and perfect the backflow mechanism of RMBThis paper firstly investugages the two-way channels of the current cross-border flow of RMB, and refines the condition of establishing reflow mechanism of RMB;Using indirect estimation method and Eviews6.0, we can predict the number of RMB which is detained overseas by constructing the monetary demand function.through the further empirical analysis of the correlation of cross-border flow channel of RMB and contribution degree for backflow of RMB and combining the condition which is to establish the return mechanism of RMB, we can sum up the problem existing in current backflow mechanism of RMB;Analysising comprehensively and combining the reality of our country, put forward suggestion of establishing and perfecting the mechanism backflow of RMB,which is from three areas that is the real economy, virtual economy and policy support.
