| At recent years, with the consumption level going up, the retail trade increase rapidly. To encourage individual economy to develop and relieve the employment pressure, the country published related policies to support common people to do pioneering work. As the requests for the do pioneering work of small-sized retail shop are low, the cooperation model of brand-chain also lowers the risks of running this business. As a result, a hot trend of starting shops springs up over the whole country, while the retail can’t leave without promotion, the effect of promotion work works as an important index in the evaluation of promotion effect, which has won a widespread acknowledgement. As the small size of retail shop and little group of consumers groups, it is more worthwhile getting more loyal consumers. However, it is worthy of a whole evaluation to the effect of promotional sale that how to develop promotional sale activities to realize the communicative value. In all the present study material, most scholars care more about the evaluation of promotional sale in big sale pots. Meanwhile scholars who focus on chain cooperation mainly study the method of evaluating sales and the affective factors, but involving less on the communicative effect of evaluating promotional effect. Aiming at giving strategies and reference for making sale decision, this passage combines the opinions of experts and wishes a set of comprehensive evaluation methods by system study of promotional effect. This passage comprehensively uses the documental research, fixed nature of expert interview, comparative method, investigative method and fixed quantity analysis of main factors. During the previous period of this study, this essay set up the evaluation system through the study of documents, while the evaluation system of retail sale effect thorough interview with experts, investigative method and comparative method to collect and analysis the sale data of study objects, taking the promotion data as the main component to analyze. It also comparatively analyzes the evaluation system of promotion effect and the main methods of evaluating promotional sale effect, and finally put forward related strategies of promotional sale and offer certain help when other enterprise choose promotional strategies. |
