Study On The Development Of Qianjiang Cultural Tourism Industry Agglomeration

As a branch of cultural industry and an important part of modern tourism industry, cultural tourism industry is one of the most dynamic industries in economic and social development nowadays. Industry agglomeration, a special phenomenon and the effective organization form of regional economic development, is playing an important role in economic growth. Applying the industry agglomeration theory in the development of the cultural tourism industry, it could help to upgrade the industrial structure and improve the competitiveness of the industry. Located in the intersection area among the Wuhan city circle and the Western Hubei ecological and cultural tourism circle, Qianjiang city is one of the second batch of resource exhausted cities determined by the state council. It is facing the urgent need for the industrial structure adjustment and economic transformation. As a breakthrough, cultural tourism industry, the representative of the modern service industry, has a great strategic significance for the development of economy and society to Qianjiang.Due to the slow development in Qianjiang, this paper applied the industry agglomeration theory in the development of cultural tourism industry targeted. Firstly, the author reviewed relevant theories of the cultural tourism industry agglomeration, then using the Potter diamond model analyzed not only the factors of Qianjiang cultural tourism industry agglomeration, but also the current situation and existing problems. On that basis, the analysis focused on the core:CaoYu Cultural Industry Park. Finally, it provided some reference suggestions that Qianjiang cultural tourism industry should upgrade the industry competitiveness and achieve sustainable development by industry agglomeration.Through the analysis of theoretical and empirical research, this paper preliminary draw conclusions as below:Firstly, it is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of Qianjiang cultural tourism by developing industry agglomeration advantages. Secondly, in the primary stage of development of Qianjiang cultural tourism, since the low degree of industry agglomeration, the development of CaoYu cultural industry park should be in accordance to the phased characteristics, Qianjiang should make different levels of countermeasures through gathering the pros and cons of each factor. Thirdly, from the aspects of the competitiveness of industry agglomeration of Qianjiang cultural tourism, Qianjiang should pay attention to the factors affecting the development of industry agglomeration and the current existing key problems, then systematically make specified analysis and operational advice.
