The Enterprise Technological Capital Allocation And Structural Analysis Of The Strategic Emerging Industries

The factors of production are not limited to the traditional human capital,material capital and money capital in modern enterprises. Technology, information,knowledge and other emerging factors begin to play more and more important role inthe development of enterprise, and gradually become the core elements of economicand social development driving force. The efficiency of new capital allocationdetermines the ability of the enterprise to obtain the core competitive advantage. Thetechnology assets and technology innovation in the enterprises play more importantrole in the development of strategic emerging industries than the general enterprises.The level of technology asset allocation in strategic emerging industry is the researchobject of this thesis.This paper uses the research method of case analysis, chose the ZTE Corporationas the sample enterprise and the elements of capital balance principle as thetheoretical basis, research on enterprise technology asset allocation.The main content of this article consists of five parts. The first chapter isintroduction, statement of research background and research questions; the secondchapter is the theoretical basis of literature review and research questions, discussionof literature of enterprise technology asset allocation, as well as the basic theories ofthis study. The third chapter is the case description and the basic point of view. Thischapter provides the facts and discussion of this paper. The fourth chapter is the caseanalysis about the third chapter. The fourth chapter is the core and main body of thethesis. This chapter combines the theory of core competitive advantage and the capitaltheory of enterprise integration, find out the core capital elements in the strategic levelof technology capital, and try to put the limited capital allocation to each kind offactor so the enterprise can reach the proportion relative coordination. At the sametime the enterprise should focus more on the core capital of enterprise because thecore capital can create more value than others, and thus become the source of powerto drive the development of enterprises. This thesis pays attention to the level andstructure of enterprise technology asset allocation in strategic emerging industry area,and selects the ZTE Corporation as the case to analysis. On the basis of theoreticalelements of capital and some related research results, use the elements of capital balance sheet as the analysis tool, from the financial perspective, in-depth survey ofcommon problems in the development of China’s strategic emerging industries. Theresult shows that the irrational and imbalance of the technology asset allocation andstructure is a very common problem in our country. Finally, the fifth chapter is theconclusion part. Research shows that the technology capital makes the greatestcontribution to the profit of enterprise in the strategic emerging industry, which is farmore than the material capital and human capital. This thesis shows the innovationand the deficiency according to the research conclusion and it puts forward to theauthor’s research experience.
