The steel industry is associated with a wide range of important economic pillar industries, in recent years, while in the background of the downturn of steel market.How to optimize the structure of China’s iron and steel industry, improve industrial concentration, promote the country’s industrialization process and achieve the harmonious development of economy and society, the industry M&Reorganization is a Choice. Combined with the status of China’s iron and steel industry, to accelerate the reorganization and integration of deep-seated in the region, to promote energy conservation and capacity to optimize the allocation of advancing superior domestic steel enterprise groups across regions, cross-institutional restructuring, accelerate the upgrade of China’s iron and steel industry.However, the situation was not perfect in the iron and steel enterprise merger and reorganization.
