The Research On The Integration Development Of Panjin And Yingkou

In recent years, in order to promote the development of northeast China, our countryissues a series of planning policies. In order to implement the central spirit, Liaoning provinceputs forward to create a strategic vision-"five point one line" coastal economic belt in the11th Five-Year Plan, which rises to national strategy in2008. At present years, Liaoningcoastal economic belt is the hottest area in Liaoning province, even in northeast China. Panjinand Yingkou are located in the core position of Liaoning coastal towns, Panjin City has putforward the development strategy of to the sea in the12th Five-Year Plan.Liaobin new city and Yingkou City are separated by only a river and closely linked by ahighway bridge, Panjin Port is the wholly owned sub-port of Yingkou Port Group. Theenterprise is strong and the harbor’s development will be under the unified planning ofYingkou Port. In the2007year plan（Tongji university）of Liaobin new city, the ’Panjin-Yingkou metropolitan area concept’ was put forward. The integration of Panjin-Yingkou cannot only promote the economic development of the two cities, and will become the thirdgrowth point of Shenyang-Dalian Line. It will promote the linkage development between theregions of Liaozhong, Liaonan and Liaoxi.Under this big strategic background, this paper can be divided into6chapters to expoundthis problem:Chapter1: The first chapter mainly expounds the background and research meaning ofthe study on the integration of Panjin-Yingkou. The integrated development of Panjin-Yingkou faces great opportunity, the development is very important for Liaoning CoastalEconomic Zone, and even the entire Liaoning province.Chapter2: The second chapter mainly expounds the theoretical basis, including relatedconcepts about the integration and the relevant theories on regional integration.Chapter3: first, analyses EU and NAFAT which are the mature integration organizationsin the world; then, analyses the Yangtze river delta region and the Pearl river delta regionwhich are rapidly developing integration regions in our country. These examples are good forthe integration of Panjin-Yingkou.Chapter4: The fourth chapter analyses the general situation and the regional economicdevelopment level of Panjin-Yingkou. According to the results, using AHP and Fuzzy MathMethod to evaluate the level of integration development of Panjin-Yingkou.Chapter5: According to the analysis results from the first four chapters, this paper putsforward the development goal, development path and main content of the integration ofPanjin-Yingkou.Chapter6: According to the research results from the third, fourth and fifth chapters,discusses the current main problems in the integration, and puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures.
