After more than ten years of development, China’s real estate market has made greatprogress. The real estate industry has been the pillar of China’s economic developmentaround the industry, and plays an important role in promoting the growth of the nationaleconomy. Discussion will be in accordance withthe following parts: firstly, description of the first part research purpose, significance andmethod of the forum; the second part sorts out the domestic and foreign literature; thirdpart lists the main types of real estate risk and sources, and the process of real estatemanagement; the fourth part describes and analyses the overall real estate market in Wuhan,and combined with the national macro policy analysis in Wuhan real estate enterprise risk;the fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the real estate market riskof Wuhan real, combined with case analysis, the establishment of risk prevention and riskcorresponding elusion mechanism; the sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of thispaper.According to the analysis of the development situation of Wuhan real estate and case,the conclusion of this paper is in Wuhan, real estate development, existing policy, financial,management and control aspects of risk, can strengthen the risk consciousness, strengthenthe operation of the project, through the scientific decision-making methods and tools, make the optimal decision making in all aspects of real estate projects at a minimum,control risk, and avoid risk, enhance the real estate business benefits.
