| Positive pressure is that individual makes a moderate and positive reaction which includesphysiological, psychological and behavioral levels by evaluating the pressure source,with positive mentalstate as the main indicator.Previous research of pressure pays more attention to the negative side,thepositive side is overlooked.In recent years,the study of positive pressure and its consequences draw theattention of the researchers in the organizational behavior field.This research uses questionnaires to investigate the staff of China. I get the following conclusionsby using the statistical techniques of exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis andhierarchical regression analysis.First,I examine the reliability and validity of three variables that are positive pressure,staffinnovation behavior and innovation self-efficacy through empirical research.The results show that theymeet the requirements of psychometrics.Second, on each dimension of the positive pressure,the differences of different genders,educational backgrounds and job positions are not significant(P>0.05);On specific dimensions of thepositive pressure,the differences of different ages, working years, the characteristics of enterprises aresignificant(P<0.05).Specifically speaking,on the dimensions of target perception, job involvement, andmanageability,the employees of different ages have significant difference(P<0.05);On the dimension of jobinvolvement, working years have significant difference(P<0.05);On the dimensions of targetperception(P<0.05) and job involvement(P<0.01),the employees of different characteristics of theenterprise have significant difference. Third,the dimensions of target perception and manageability of positive pressure have remarkablepositive prediction function for producing innovative idea;The dimensions of positive emotion andmanageability have significant positive influence on the implementation of the innovation idea.Thegeneration of innovative ideas plays the part intermediary role between the manageability dimension of thepositive pressure and the behavior of implementating innovation idea.Fouth,creative self-efficacy has a positive adjustment function between generating innovativeideas and implementing innovative ideas.The mediational model that is adjusted is established.Fifth,the deficiency of this research and the problems that need to be solved in the future areillustrated. |
