Group attachment is the concept of attachment theory aspect which is relatively lack inour country. This study brings the concept of group attachment into the enterprise’s actualmanagement work.300employees from XJ Group were selected as testees to finishquestionnaires, and the data were analyzed to track out the differences of two-dimensions ongroup attachment of employees on demographic characteristics, using t-test and ANOVA.Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were adopted to analyze the relationshipbetween two dimensions of individual employee groups attached and job performance.Conclusions are as follow:First, the score of group attachment anxiety in female employees were higher than that ofmale. The mainly presentation is that female employees showed lower hunger and anxiety ofgroup acceptance. There’s not significant difference in two genders in group attachedavoidance..Second, there’s a significant difference in the two dimensions of group attachment andjob performance in respect of education. On terms of group attached avoidance, a peak can befound in college-education staff, and the score decreased in higher-education staff.Third, there’s a significant difference between the score of staff group attachment and jobperformance in respect of post. On the dimension of relationship performance, managementpost employees show a higher output of relationship performance.Fourth, seen from the relevant data, there’s a significant negative correlation between thedimension of individual employee group attachment and job performance, and has a markedlybackward prediction function.Fifth, in the research of group attachment questionnaire, group attachment avoiding and group attachment anxiety is the two factors which are significantly related. But in thesubsequent correlation analysis and regression analysis, it all shows that group attachmentanxiety is not significant correlation and predictive for the two dimensions of jobperformance.Finally some suggestions were put forward for taking positive measures to guide the staffgroup attached benign development and constructing attachment type organization forenterprises and organizations which are based on the conclusion of this study.
