Research On Bicycle Tourism In Hainan

From the early80s, the bicycle tourism rises gradually in our country and has received extensive attention. As a new way of travel and tourism experience, the concept of health, leisure, sports, environmental protection of biking has already interiorized. Not only can it enhance the physical quality, the life experience of tourists, it also made tourists have more chance to perception of nature. Through the building of urban bicycle tourism system, it also led to a series of the development of the industry chain. As an ideal tourism destination with perfect terrain and pleasant climate, rich natural and cultural tourism resources, Hainan has obvious advantages in the development of bicycle travel. As the success of road cycling race of the Hainan Island, cycling in Hainan has obtained a certain degree of development, promoting the all-round development of Hainan tourism. In order to provide a clear guidance for Hainan’s bicycle tourism healthy development, the authors put forward the study.On the basis of theoretical research, this study took Hainan as the research object, discussing the current situation and conditions of the bicycle tourism development in this region. In the empirical part, mainly through the text content analysis on online travel blogs, studying the bicycle tourism destination image and tourist behavior perception of Hainan. Meanwhile, through the questionnaire survey of Hainan local and nonlocal bicycle tourists, their behavior characteristics are analyzed. Finally, put forward the strategy recommendations of Hainan bicycle tourism development.
