Case Base Constrction Model Based On The Internet SNS Virtual Community

In such an era of knowledge explosion, the acquisition of knowledge has becoming thefocus of competition; business case library is the core result of knowledge management. It hasthe ability of gathering, developing and organizing a variety of case library resources, it is thekey assets for business growth. How to make valuable tacit knowledge in the enterprise hasemerged as the dominant case, and play a main initiative in the case base sharing? Theever-changing Internet technology offers ideas and realization paths for enterprises to achievethe acquisition and application of knowledge-case base.This paper first establishes the theoretical basis of the SNS virtual communityknowledge sharing and case base forming, and proposes individual Tacit Knowledge andpromoting dominance case various drivers and implementation of knowledge-sharing mode.Then it analyzes the various factors of knowledge examination for promoting knowledgecontribution and application. It focuses on the three driving force relevant research of caseknowledge sharing and the key scenarios for searching and applying. When analyzinginfluencing factors on the SNS virtual community knowledge sharing, it establishes SNSvirtual community knowledge contribution, searching and applying influencing factors model,and proposes assumption model in these areas, and doing analysis and validation. Aftercomparing the case base, the traditional and the information age case base and SNS Timescase base, it points out that the characteristics of virtual communities based on internal SNScase base.Finally, it gives deep discussion and research on the construction mode andimplementation of the strategy and evaluation and incentive mechanism with Beijing CapitalInternational Airport, China Mobile case as the core example of large enterprises. BeijingCapital International Airport is the case of business internal management library, FujianMobile is the case of business knowledge sharing library. Finally, it proposes internal SNScase base construction model and mode, and summarizes the technology environment andmanagement system platform construction.
