Research On The Equilibrium Relationship Mode Of Agricultural Insurance Interest Objects

With the accelerating process of agricultural modernization, agricultural insurance as animportant financial tool to avoid agricultural non-systemic risk, is the three pillars(agricultural science and technology, agricultural finance and agricultural insurance) under thecondition of social principal market economy of the modern agriculture development in ourcountry, is one of the “green box” policy which the World Trade Organization (WTO) allowsStates to support agriculture and rural development. Research the interest objects equilibriumrelationship of agricultural insurance is the basis of the agricultural insurance developmentand promotion, and also the precedent conditions of regional agricultural insurance start-upmode test. So far, about the game relationships between interest objects of agriculturalinsurance and the operation mode have a lot of research results, but specialized in equilibriumrelationship between agricultural insurance interest objects is also not too much. So thisarticle aims to study the agriculture insurance balance operation mode based on the study ofequilibrium relationship between the interest objects of agricultural insurance, and also basedon a corresponding survey.This article first introduced the research background, research purpose, researchsignificance, research ideas, research methods and innovation points based on the relevantliterature review. And then on the basis of the related concepts or scope defined andtheoretical ideas introduced, in-depth analysis every interest object behavior choose motiveand the interaction relationship in the agricultural insurance market, and then come to thegeneral equilibrium relationship between the interest objects. After the survey about theinterest objects behavior of agricultural insurance in Fujian Province, simple introduced themechanism of building the agricultural insurance equilibrium relationship mode, combinedthe general equilibrium relationship of agriculture insurance, and then studied out theequilibrium relationship mode of agriculture insurance interest objects, at the same time, theagricultural insurance equilibrium mode frame diagram is constructed. At the last, analyzedthe environmental requirements and necessary conditions for the equilibrium relationship mode running, and proposed behavior requirements for each interest object.This article analyzed the general equilibrium relationship based on the relevant literaturereview, combined the actual investigation and theory analysis, and then studied out theequilibrium relationship mode of agriculture insurance interest objects, in order to suit FujianProvince and national actual development situation. This mode makes full use of theircomplementary advantages and coordination role among the interest objects, and introducedthe “three over-compensation reinsurance system”, maximum overcome the problem of toomuch government intervention, insurance company don’t dare to accept insurance, the plightof farmers don’t want to join, but also greatly reduced the transaction costs, agent costs as wellas the interest objects adverse selection and moral hazard problems, maximum guarantee theequilibrium relationship of agricultural insurance interest objects to realized. Through theconclusion of this article, provide some theoretical reference for how to realize the agricultureinsurance develop smoothly and rural economic develop fast in our country. At the same time,this article also exist some defects, such as the empirical test insufficient and the sampleselection uneven, which will be filled in the future studies, and also look forward to morescholars to join the study of agricultural insurance equilibrium relationship.
