Risk Management And Financing Projects

In financial markets, the emergence of a new way of financing, project financing; it has been widely used in recent years. With the continuous development of China’s infrastructure construction project, our country in the nineteen eighties metaphase, some writer can introduce the project financing method firstly. Review this method of financing; improving technology level to a certain extent, the absorption of funds the project level and construction projects, the impact on our project in the large-scale infrastructure construction projects is particularly obviously. However, usually adopting project financing the relatively large size of the project, the project duration is relatively long, even involves many different parties, the risk is usually larger as the same. For the use of financing project, in the course of its operation, the project risk management is a problem that cannot be ignored, as a result. Project financing in China started relatively very late, study also is not deep enough, in many respects, still in the exploratory stage, understanding of risk which is not complete and misunderstanding, thinking the risk management is risk control. Therefore, we need a detailed analysis of the China project risk management in the process of the present problems, and study the countermeasures and measures to solve these problems.This paper describes the concepts of project risk management; the characteristics of project risk management and problems needing attention are outlined. Some typical project financing case based on China, the six major risks in project risk are analyzed in detail. Introducing dynamic analysis, quantitative perspective on risk assessment. In addition, the paper for many advanced risk management techniques to the analysis of the reasons in our application puts forward relevant policy suggestions and related measures.Of course, some analysis and ideas in this paper are not mature enough, but I hope to this research, a research contribution to the study of the development of our country project financing risk management.
