Research On China's Nonferrous Metals Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance Benefits Distribution Mechanism

In recent years,more and more academic community、universities and scientific research institutions take more care about Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. Our government propose that all organizations make contributions to the industrialization development.According to non-ferrous metals industry development report, we need to make use of non-ferrous metals industry to lead other industries to make breakthroughs in key technology and basic technology and improve their core competitive ability.
