The communication market colleges and universities is huge. The market share of the university is directly related to the local market share of the whole communication market in the concentrated areas of university. KK city is a concentrated area, with a huge market of500000students. In addition, cultivating more users in universities will have great influence on the consumption choice of communication for graduates who choose to stay in the KK city. Therefore, it is worthy for KK Telecom to study how to perform well in developing market in university.The paper attempts to collect a variety of marketing strategies of KK Telecom through the deep research of KK city University communication market in order to obtain a referential material which provides the competition state of communication market in the universities of KK city. Based on the analysis on the marketing management of KK Telecom in universities, including market orientation, product strategy and channel management, the paper tries to find the specific case that pays to think and learn by combining theory with practice in the fierce competition. By strategically analyzing the practice of KK Telecom in the communication market, a set of effective implementation plans would be established to make sure that the KK Telecom can take the lead so as to lay solid foundation for greater market share.
