Chengdu Lancky Real Estate Development Co., Ltd(also called Lancky Real Estate inshort), built in2008, is a local enterprise aiming at developing the real estate. Thebusiness of the company varies from real estate development, operation to themarketing. To further extend the market of Chengdu real estate and establish the brandof Lancky, the company has successively developed Tong Zilin European Community,Lancky Loung Community, Lancky Community of Fortune Today, Yuanyang LangCounty and Natural Country etc., the building area of which adds up to six billionsquare meters and which mainly belong to residential area for business includingfirst-rate urban mansion, urban apartment elaborately designed and decorated and topbusiness community etc.Chengdu Resource Management Information System (CDRMIS) of Lancky Real Estate,an essential project for informationizing the company, bears the main business ofproject operation and can directly affect the effectiveness and efficiency of theinformational construction.
