Political Studies On Landless Farmers’ Social Security System

The social security system occupies an important position in the social construction and development process, Therefore it becomes an important research content in various academic fields. With the continuous advance of urbanization and the expansion of the scale of economic construction, growing demand for construction land makes farmers’land expropriated. Large numbers of farmers lost their land, and it affect farmers’rural life, employment, pension and other constraints, which constrain rural development. It easily becomes unstable factor of social cohesion, sparks social conflicts, and makes it hard to build a harmonious society if these issues have not been resolved. So Social Security issues of landless farmers have become important issues, the society, the country and the people should give more attention. Establishing a sound social security system will help the landless farmers to accelerate the development of rural areas, stop the breeding of the destabilizing factors in the social development, reflect the democratic city, village fair in the true sense, thus speeding up the social comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development. So what we should face and actively respond to is how to develop a sound rural social security system according to China’s rural development.In this paper, we plan to use the advantage of the combination of theory and practice the political science, carried out a detailed analysis of the social security of landless farmers and solve the problem. First, we will use the Social Security of landless farmers as the starting point, and analysis it from the security compensation, monetary compensation and resettlement compensation, and find the problems of social security for farmers, explore a variety of reasons.Then, we will summary the developed countries of the status quo of the social security system, and learn from the measures conducive to founding out ways to establish a set of perfect security system of landless peasants. We would explore a relatively complete social security system suited to China’s national conditions of landless farmers depending on construction the minimum living standard security system, the basic old-age security system, and medical security system.In the end, we reiterated the importance of solving social security issues of the landless farmers in the developing of our society. Show our good vision to improve the livelihood of the people, and to establish a more robust social security system of landless farmers.
