This paper utilizes the ideas of Management science and Enterprise strategy managementto analyze the problems existed in N Landscape Company at present and deeply study thecompetitive strategy for N company.Firstly, analyze the outside environment, inner situation, opportunities and threats facedby N company, advantages and disadvantages of the company itself, State policy andmarketing competition trends. It figured out that N company stand the opportunities of theincreasing share of Green projects, business strict quality management, industry growth andthe enhancement of resident’s ecological awareness. Regardless of these opportunities, Ncompany also face the following threats: Restrictions on Real estate investment by ourcountry, rising of labor cost, existing competitors’ cut-throat competition, lower barriers toentry for potential entrants, customers’ bargain for the price and so on. It also found out theadvantages of N company is as follows by evaluating the resources of itself: Cost controlability, timeliness of service, safe construction and plant conservation ability. And itsdisadvantages are the abilities of estimation and marketing expansion.Secondly, use SWOT matrix method to make qualitatively integrated analysis andcombine the situation of N company itself, to put forward that N Landscape company shouldchoose the focus strategy of differentiation and cost leadership. To provide the customer withhigh quality products and services through value innovation. Then starting from the theory ofstrategy execution to make four business strategies: Industry extension, technologydevelopment, service innovation and marketing expansion. Lastly, it gave the suggestionswhich focus on rationalization of strategy development and effective implementation of thestrategy. It listed relative plan of human resource, organization management, technologydevelopment, process control, quality and safety management, etc. Which will contribute tothe improvement of the core competitive power of N company.Making strategy plan can not only help N company to develop its independent platform,but also can help him to understand the situation clearly, then develop itself from both insideand outside. It will make a direction and lay a solid foundation for its development in thefuture. N company will take an active action around the requirement of CGN to improve its ability of professional services (landscape plan and design, garden construction and Greenconservation) to provide customers with beautiful work and living conditions.
