Research On The Influential Factors Of Rural Commercial Bank’s Development Model

With the further deepening of rural financial reform, rural commercial banks haverealized the first transformation from rural credit cooperatives to commercial banks, whichare facing strategic planning of the second transformation. So studying the developmentmodel and the influential fators of rural commercial banks and giving advice on thedevelopment model selection, has realistic significance to formulate the long-termdevelopment strategy and realize sustainable healthy development for rural commercialbanks.This paper first summarized the research results of the predecessors domestic and abroad,which is about rural cooperative financial institutions, small&medium-sized Banks,andtheir behavior of economic, analyzed the main development model and its applicability in theprocess of rural commercial bank’s management practice currently in China, and on this basis,influence factors of development model selection to the rural commercial bank are analyzedin detail, and in the analysis of external and internal fator at the same time, behaviordeviation factors are discussed and irrational behavior is summarized and explained in thispaper by using the theory of economic behavior, According to the analysis of influencefactors, this paper applied fuzzy mathematics model and analytic hierarchy process (ahp),established the evaluation index system of influence factor of development pattern choice,and the evaluation results of different development model are obtained by combining theempirical research on different development model of Z rural commercial bank. Finally,according to the evaluation results, some suggestions on the development mode selectionwhich rural commercial bank should pay attention to have been put forward by the author.Through the study of development model selection, this paper hopes to help ruralcommercial bank understand the factors that affect development model selection, behaviordeviation and mechanism during the process of selection, provide demonstration method andstrategy for rural commercial bank, promote them to choose suitable model, in order torealize the sustainable and healthy development.
