Without a doubt, the certification promotes the development of national economy and the growth of exports objectively, but with the rapid development of China’s certification industry, there are also many problems, such as false certification, more serious certification standards, an excessive number of certification bodies, certification bodies attached to the authority, the poor authority of certification, the unfair competition between certification bodies, certification commercialization. It was only because of these problems, our government’s regulatory authorities have to take the certification industry involved in its activities and its regulator policy, and it promoted the development of China’s certification industry. However,unfortunately, there are many deficiencies in the government’s regulatory measures, such as the concept and pattern of government regulation of the certification industry is relatively backward, the Government of the certification industry the regulatory system is not perfect, the staffs of the certification industry are a lack of professionalism, the means and mode of government regulation of the certification industry are backward. These problems caused by government seriously affected the healthy development. At the same time, due to the Government for certification bodies involved with regulatory policy, which objectively equivalent to credit endorsement of the Government for certification bodies, if certification bodies behavior is chaotic, and government regulation is not in place, it is bound to damage the credibility of the government departments, it will have a very negative social and economic impact.The main points of this article are following.
