Regarding the frequent safety problems of agricultural products, establishing a long-term agricultural products management mechanism becomes a hot topic.Jilin as a major agricultural province, there’s no doubt that agriculture plays an important role in the economic and social development, especially Changchun city, the "engine" and the "accelerator" to push the province’s economy to achieve a new leap, it adheres to the "three change" and " three improvment" in the process of implementing the strategy and focuses on three world-class industrial base including car manufacturing, agricultural product processing and rail passenger cars, so agricultural product processing industry has become the second pillar industries of Changchun City.The agricultural products processing industry of Changchun city has realized great-leap-forward development. The City Council puts forward that by the end of the "12th Five-Year Plan" the agricultural product processing industry output value should reach2000hundred million yuan.
