Study On Crop Straw Comprehensive Utilization Mode Of Xinjiang

Crop straw is a versatile renewable biological resource. Crop straw production has great potential forutilization because of its large output and wide distribution. If it is not handled properly, it will result in thewaste of resources and the ecological environmental pollution in Xinjiang. To increase the developmentand utilization of straw resource is important to reduce the environmental pollution, to develop agriculturalrecycling economy, and to raise income of the farmers. On the basis of this, the study introduces Xinjiangcrop straw resource utilization, and then analyzes straw resources utilization system. Through thequestionnaires of the farmer of straw resources utilization, the research explores the industrialization ofXinjiang of straw resources utilization mode, finally puts forward the countermeasures and prospect.This research is mainly divided into seven parts.The first chapter is about introduction which mainly discusses the research background andsignificance, introduces the research theoretical basis, research, research contents, technical route andresearch method.The second chapter is concerned about Xinjiang crop straw resource distribution and utilization. In thischapter, a large amount of data of Xinjiang based on crop straw resources, distribution and straw utilizationcurrent situation undertook quantitative data analysis lays the foundation for the research on strawresource.The third chapter analyzes the Xinjiang straw resources utilization system. Through the method ofsystem analysis, main body of technical support, utilization and effectiveness of straw resources utilizationare analyzed, which lays the foundation for theoretical and technical supporting system.The fourth chapter is about analysis of questionnaire on farmer of straw resources utilization. On thebasis of household survey data, this chapter analyses the factors which result in restricting a farmer of strawresource and farmers’ attitudes towards the participation of the enterprises in the straw resources utilization.The fifth chapter is concerned with the Xinjiang straw resources utilization mode. It expounds the roleof the enterprises in the process of utilizing the straw industry, and then proposes straw industrializationutilization mode on the combination of farmer and enterprises. Through those cases, strengths andeffectiveness of "enterprise plus farmer" industrialization of straw utilization mode are analyzed.The sixth chapter demonstrates measures and suggestions for straw industrialization development.Xinjiang crop straw resource utilization can be promoted from the following four aspects: to construct afavorable policy supporting system; to bring farmer cooperation organization into full play; to encouragethe development of leading enterprises; and to establish and perfect the system of straw collection, stabilizestraw supply and protect farmers’ interest.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect on the straw resources utilization mode. The strawresources utilization mode experimented in Xinjiang should vigorously develop enterprise participation inits the industrialization which will achieve a win-win situation through the "enterprise plus farmer"industrialization mode is added for both the farmer and the enterprise.
