DQ brand upgrade project in2012May started, I was the project manager of DQcompany, for a period of4months of brand planning. Since201210month project groupleft DQ, only from2012October to December two months, its performance has beendoubled two times, DQ chairman wrote to thank us.Since the reform and opening up, accelerating China’s economic development, cityincreasing degree of change rapidly, people’s living standard, aesthetic consciousness isincreasing, so the city night environment, but also improve one adult life qualityrequirements.Landscape lighting industry has undergone major changes in the upgrading ofproducts, but is also compared to the original state in marketing. The influence of industrydoorsill is low, many manufacturers, product homogenization serious, channels difficult,price war continuously, the pale busy season obvious and many other issues, thedevelopment of landscape lighting industry is slow, be at a loss what to do in the face ofthe enterprise survival is municipal demand and competition pressure, to abide by the rulesof the market of the healthy growth of enterprises is also a disadvantage.DQ the problem faced by the company, the general problems faced and othermanufacturing enterprises, product sales dependent relations of the municipal businessenvironment, not the sort of the internal management of enterprises, or do somepromotional activities can break. In the enterprise to meet the industry developmentbottleneck, the inevitable development strategy for their own feel confused, disoriented,cannot read the market, not along the way, can not find a method, which we must rethink,prediction, the nature of the industry, to explore an enterprise innovation and developmentof new ideas. How to get rid of the trouble, find a new way of enterprise development, andpromote the upgrading of enterprises, has become a subject urgently to be solved in frontof us.The upgrade through the research of DQ company brand successful experience, tofind effective way to break through the industry difficulties, to solve the bottleneck of thedevelopment of enterprises, to promote the brand upgrade, improve business performance,has practical significance for other manufacturing enterprises.
