Resources Training Under The Background Of Industrial Upgrading Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Inner Mongolia Manpower

Equipment manufacturing industry is a manufacturing industry which provides production technology and equipment for national economy and national defense construction. It is the core part of the manufacturing industry as well as the foundation for national economic development especially the industrial development. It attracts a high degree of attention from the country in recent years. Early in the first five-year plan, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has established6key projects as the Baotou Steel Plant, the first and second machinery manufacturers etc. After decades of development, Mid-west region of Inner Mongolia especially Huhhot-Baotou-Hubei economic circle has formed a complete industrial system and advantages of human resources which has laid the basis of the equipment manufacturing industry development. As is well known, serious dependence on resources exists in the industry development in our region in recent years. In the "twelfth five-year period", our country will intensify industrial restructuring and clearly request to speed up the industrial transforming as well as upgrading and develop machinery equipment manufacturing industry in the mid-west region. As China’s important energy and heavy industry base, it is the only way for Inner Mongolia to encounter the industrial transformation.The development of equipment manufacturing industry relies on the improving of science and technology, while the progress of science and technology mainly depends on innovation and innovation is the carrier of talent. At present, talent training system of equipment manufacturing industry in our region is still a blank; this paper aims at the human resources training practice of equipment manufacturing industry in Inner Mongolia with a strong practicality and maneuverability which hopes to provide reference for the human resource training under the industrial upgrading background.
