The Integration Study Of Information System Of Discrete Enterprise Based On FEAF

Along with the development of the national economy and the expanding of odern enterprise scale, enterprise began to use information technology to deal with daily business. Especially the manufacturing industry, as one of the main support of industry for China’s economy, with the characteristic of business trivialities, productivity, economic strength etc, began to apply information technology to solve the problem of business trivialities, low efficiency, the high cost. But in the process of informatization,the return on investment is low in most cases. The main reason is that the level of current information system integration is low, causing the phenomenon of information redundancy and isolated island etc., resulting in the information of an enterprise is not fully shared, low sensitivity, high cost in decision-makimg.So it is very important and urgent to research the integration of information system of discrete enterprise to achieve more closely integrated office、efficient and high quality production、low operating cost,and high level of management.In the paper, MF company,as a discrete company, will be choose as the object of information system integration research. The basis of the research are comparison and analysis of information system integration scheme of different industriesa and the investigation of the status of MF’s information system integration. Aiming at the problems of information island during MF company informatization construction,the paper choose the framework of combining EACF and FEAF as the main method of information system integration, guilding to set up the business architecture、 information architecture、application architecture and technical architecture of MF company. The improved FEAF framework makes the level of information systems integration more clearly, each level of the construction more detailed.The new framework also makes the final system maintain consistency with the user demand, and be the strategic guiding significance of the work of information system integration. In this paper, the results are as follows:(1)Under the guidance of FEAF framework, according to MF company’s organizational structure and business requirements, through the guidance of CIM-OSA enterprise modeling frameworks, it will use the tools of UML、the view modeling, IDEF modeling to build the business architecture and the information architecture.(2)Under the guidance of FEAF framework, according to the MF company’s business process and data structure, it will set up company’s application architecture.The contents of application architecture are choosing B/S deployment system, using SOA architecture platform as a service platform, seting up the service bus、logical data model、system framework and application framework of MF company.(3)Under the guidance of FEAF framework, according to the MF company’s application architecture, it will set up company’s technical architecture. The contents of technical architecture are using the rapid prototyping model of software development、J2EE development platform and ORACLE to build system model and technical design.(4)The last,the paper will give MF company the information system integrated solutions, including data center construction solution, manufacturing system integration solution, the whole information systems integration solution. And the paper will give MF company the strategies and methods of information system integration.
