The Construction And Validity Test Of Index System Of Internal Control Disclosure Degree

The Ministry of Finance,the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Audit Commission, the China Banking Regulatory Commission,the China Insurance Regulatory Commission jointly announced the "The Basic Standards of Internal Control of Enterprise" in June2008.Then, five ministries jointly issued "The Internal Control Supporting Guidelines of Enterprise"in April2010.It rules that companies simultaneous listed in the domestic and foreign shall execute at January1,2011,and companies listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange shall execute at January1,2012.With the publishment of these standard systems,it marks that the standard system of enterprise internal control basically completed in China,at the same time, it indicates that the evaluation and audit standards of internal control of listed companies will be out of date.Listed companies will use the latest completely standard system of enterprise internal control to evaluate and audit internal control.Therefore, it become urgent to quickly establish a sound evaluation criteria of internal control disclosure degree, and to promote internal control information disclosure of Chinese enterprises step by step. To assess the internal control disclosure degree,this thesis builds an evaluation index system and tests its validity.This thesis includes five parts.Firstly, it summaries results of previous research and analyzes the research situation of scholars at this stage.Then, this thesis describes the basic theory knowledge of internal control information disclosure to lay a foundation for further research.Thirdly, based on the analysis of information disclosure status of internal control of listed companies in China, it puts forward problems and causes of internal control disclosure.Then, on the main basis of the standard system of enterprise internal control, it constructs the index system of internal control disclosure degree based on entropy weight method.Finally, this thesis uses the level of internal control target completion as substitution variables of the true extent of internal control disclosure,based on the Shanghai Stock Exchange listed companies in2011as research samples of validity empirical test,it has proved the validity and applicability of the index system.
