The basic idea of Lean Production is maximizing the benefits by anoptimistically resource allocation, in the meantime, ensuring the quality of enterpriseand a quickly improvement of basic management, which is applicable in the modernenterprise management organizations.LS is a lithium-ion battery company synthesizing research and production. Theproductions of lithium-ion batteries have excellent performance, such as light weight,high energy density, pollution-free, ect. There are three kinds of productions includingcylindrical lithium ion cell, prismatic lithium ion cell and polymer lithium ion cell. Inrecent years, electronic products develops towards light and thin, diverse and highsafety performance. While polymer lithium ion cell stands out on the safetyperformance as a form of the lithium-ion battery, therefore, it brings the global marketpolymer-ion battery demand blowout. The polymer lithium ion cell production of LShas to make a plan about the yield improvement of producing.In this paper, we apply the lean production ideas to large polymer expansionproject and put it to use in the design of the layout of the production area, theoptimization process, the selection of equipment automation, production lineestablishment. Highlighting efficiency improvement, resource optimization, costsdecrease and ensure the project is reasonable and proper, to achieve maximumbenefits, finally.
