The central enterprises to the market economy in China are the leading enterprises, the central enterprises managerial remuneration and firm performance of the relationship has been a concern to everyone.2010national endowment appoint promulgate state-owned enterprises operating performance of the persons responsible for economic value added assessment methods will be incorporated into the management performance indicators, the central enterprises executives pay will be affected by the impact of economic value added. This article through to the SASAC executes economic value added evaluation system were studied to analyze the new assessment methods, effect, reveals the central enterprises Executives Compensation Problems and put forward some suggestions.The main content of this paper includes:the central enterprises Executives Compensation and management performance indicators; executive compensation and performance theory in the application of central enterprises; define and calculate the central enterprises of economic value added, analyzed; for EVA examination before and after the implementation of the central enterprises operating performance executive compensation and relationship were studied, and the results of empirical study are analyzed; for the central enterprises pay system put forward the countermeasure proposal. The main research methods includes regression analysis, theory analysis and descriptive statistical analysis.The main research results of this paper is to integrate economic value added into China’s central enterprises operating performance evaluation index, and the SASAC requirements of central enterprises to implement the economic value added evaluation measures before and after the empirical results were compared and analyzed, obtained the economic value added and executive compensation is not related to the conclusion.Through this study, reveals the economic value added and executive compensation is not related to the fact, reflect the central enterprises compensation mechanism is not completely rational, also reflects the economic value added index in the central enterprises in the application of the time is too short, the effect is not obvious phenomenon. For the central enterprises executives making and supervision, this paper puts forward four optimizing the central enterprises structure, improve the executive compensation suggestions.
