The rapid development of e-commerce and electronic technology advances are significant changes in people’s lives,Also to participate in and promote the development of e-commerce as the banking sector is closely related with people’s lives,Society as a whole to provide a reliable online banking services.China since the1990s, the construction of online banking, have made a lot of development on the scale and speed.At present, China’s joint-stock commercial banks and city commercial banks have opened online banking.Transactions it has a low-cost, convenient operation, independent of time and space constraints prominent advantage, breaking the dependence on traditional counter service, unlimited extension of the commercial banks operating counter.How to enhance core competitiveness in the future competition, increase market share, and to seek new profit growth point will become a very important issue in the future banking.Connotation and characteristics departure from the online bank, financial marketing theory, customer-centric, through the use of a combination of product, price, distribution and promotion marketing strategy to meet the needs of target customers online financial innovation servicesto finally achieve the business objectives of online banking.On the basis of the analysis and study of the practice of domestic and foreign commercial banks online banking, online banking marketing for the Baoding Branch of ICBC samples, combined with marketing theory, through theoretical analysis and empirical research combined,Thorough analysis of internal and external environment, in line with the basic idea of transforming internal disadvantage advantage of Baoding Branch of ICBC online banking development, integrated marketing management system to establish a set of online banking, for the rapid and healthy development of my area online bankingprovide a set of effective marketing strategies.In this study, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Baoding Branch to establish and improve online banking operating mechanism, especially for security management, process reengineering, marketing and evaluation mechanism, has a practical significance.It has certainly inspired other bank’s online banking business development role.
