The Study On Influence Of Intellecture Property Risk Management And Control Measures To Initiative Innovation Performance During Initiative Innovation

The intellecture property risk (IPR) in initiative innovation has become a bigproblem in the development of enterprises. Many facts have proved that IPRembarrass the enthusiasm of the enterprises for initiative innovation. Enterprises hasbeen improved their own management strategy to deal with the IPR, but they alwayshave been in a passive state. Therefore, the initiative innovation of enterprises needthe effective management and control measures to be enhanced their ability ofinitiative, and promoted the acquisition of initiative innovation performance.Based on the present situation and the question of enterprises’ initiativeinnovation, the model that the management and control measures on IPR hasinfluence on the IPR and initiative innovation performance is constructed through tothe related theory of literature summary and research under the initiative innovationmodel, and this paper puts forward11hypotheses based on this model. A total of251sample data sets were analyzed and verified to study the model. The study not onlyprovides empirical analysis some of the views of the previous research, but also putsforward some new ideas. Therefore, this research realized expanding and going deepinto the existing theories, meanwhile the conclusion has certain directive significanceon activities effectively guard against the IPR of enterprises.The mainly creative work and its conclusion in this paper summed up in thefollowing three parts:(1) A framework of research is constructed that include IPR management andcontrol measures, IPR and initiative innovation performance on the multidimensionalrelationship between the three variables. In a large number of qualitative researcheson IPR management and control measures, this paper takes the quantitative analysison it, and found that it can effectively reduce IPR and improve initiative innovationperformance. Research conclusion not only added and rich the related research onknowledge theory and risk theory contents, but also has certain practical significanceon improving the enterprises’ ability of IPR management and control. (2) This paper puts forward and verify the reverse effective relationship of IPRmanagement and control measures and IPR, and the positive effective relationship.Former researches are based on the legal angle, in other angle, this article is based onthe management and control theory, analyses the relationship between it and IPR andinitiative innovation performance. This article verifies the reverse effect of IPR onInitiative innovation performance and further detailed it.(3) Through the empirical study on the relationship on IPR management andcontrol measures and IPR, it is found that the formal management control measuresgive more influence on IPR. enterprises could take meticulous management controlmeasures to protect against it according to different types of IPR. The research resultsin a certain extent make up for the shortcomings of the previous risk managementtheory, and have practical significance of initiative innovation activities of enterprisesin our country.
