Resource allocation of the difference between urban and rural areasand the urban-rural income gap in China the status of the resource allocation differencesaffect the income gap between urban and rural, resource allocation how the directionand extent of the impact of urban-rural income gap, how to guide our resource thebalanced allocation balanced in order to narrow the income gap between urban and rural,all levels of government and scholars have been concerned about the major issues.In this paper, based on the review of combing theory and results of Chinese andforeign scholars on the allocation of resources and the urban-rural income gap,respectively from three levels of national, regional, provincial (municipal) investigatedthe status of China’s income gap between urban and rural areas, and urban and ruralresource allocation differences trends and their changes, using1985-2010panel dataconstructed resource allocation differences and urban-rural income gap in China’sdynamic panel data model, step system GMM estimation method (One-Step SYS-GMM)resource allocation differences and urban-rural empirical analysis and test of therelationship between the income gap, the introduction of time dummies, using STATAsoftware measurement analysis and testing, and finally, to make policyrecommendations based on the research process, draw the following conclusions:①From the national level, China’s urban households per capita disposable incomeand per capita net income of rural households showed an upward trend, but the incomegap between urban and rural areas is still showing a growing trend; From the regionallevel, the economic development of the more backward areas of urban and ruralresidents’ income The greater the gap, the smaller the more economically developedareas of urban and rural residents’ income gap.
