As the knowledge-based economy developed rapidly, how to make the best of theknowledge for the development of organizations and enterprises becomes criticaldecision for enterprise management. Knowledge sharing as one of the core of theenterprise knowledge management is important for enterprise to maintain competitiveadvantage and maximize enterprise value. Knowledge sharing is also extremelysignificant for the R&D team; it’s an important way to enhance the innovative ability ofthe team. With more people realize the value of knowledge, voluntarily knowledgesharing behavior is rarely seen. With the lack of incentive mechanism, people areinclined to hide or monopoly the knowledge, which stops the knowledge sharing withinthe enterprise heavily. Thus, it is important to establish reasonable and effectiveincentive mechanism to encourage stuff to share knowledge.However, how to motivate such sharing behavior is a problem. Lots of domesticand foreign scholars researched on the knowledge sharing incentive mechanism, butmost of their researches considered the knowledge sharing as a single party behavior.This paper studies the knowledge sharing process from the perspective of knowledgesharing entity. By generalize the elements that influence knowledge sharing and theobstacle of knowledge sharing, it is concluded that people are always share certainknowledge and hide others. This paper considers the organization both shares and hidesknowledge. Using Multi-task principal-agent model, the knowledge sharing behaviorunder revenue sharing mechanism is analyzed. The optimal revenue sharing index isdesigned and supervise signal is also introduced. Compared with the traditional revenuesharing index, it shows that with the existence of supervise signal, revenues sharingindex is more reasonable and more effective on motivate knowledge sharing. At last,measures to prevent knowledge hiding are also proposed by analyzing the paymentfunction。...
