The real estate industry started late in China, but it has been the rapiddevelopment since the reform and opening up, especially since the1990s. The realestate industry has become an important sector in the national economy. At the sametime, the real estate industry also exposed many issues in the development process,both macro-control reason and investors, developers own reasons. From a businessperspective, the lack of knowledge of the real estate economy and the operation of themarket mechanism, and the lack of scientific and effective analysis of market supplyand demand as well as market risk, result in a mismatch between the supply anddemand: too many invalid one hand, supply, large number of vacant commercialhousing; On the other hand, the strong demand can not be met, this phenomenon is aserious impediment to the healthy development of the real estate industry.Firstly, the paper gives a brief introduction about the real estate market in Tianjin,accorind the trend of the real estate market of Tianjin in recent years, theenvironmental analysis of the macroeconomic environment, the real estate investmentenvironment and the urban planning environment. In real estate in the land marketpolicy, housing policy, financial policy, new policies introduced by the analysis, salesanalysis and market in the land sales market, real estate sales market. And economicfactors, policy factors, market factors, real estate sales affect the predicted structuralmodel of the factors in the model as well as sales through the analytic hierarchyprocess and multiple regression analysis, build, and thus provide a sales forecast forthe real estate effective tool.
