The21st century competition is the supply chain competition, companies alsowill focus on coordinating the relationship between supply chain members, as themost critical part is to share information. Of great significance to give full play to theoverall performance of the supply chain and supply chain information sharing. Theappearance of Internet of things technology, has led to effective supply chaininformation sharing, improved the market competitiveness of enterprises, whileenhancing the efficiency of supply chain management. The combination of RFID andInternet of things supply chain can improve the level of automation in the supplychain between enterprises, but also greatly improve the level of informationsharing.This article summarize and analyze some of the questions of informationsharing that exist on supply chain and the use of RFID, then come up withcomprehensive solve countermeasure.This paper mainly focused on four parts: the first part discusses the necessity andfeasibility of applying information-shared to our supply chain. The aspect ofnecessity focused on summarizing the disadvantages and shortcomings of the currentsupply chain management:lack of information sharing system. The aspect offeasibility came from the technical maturity and cost-capital analysis. The second partdescribed the RFID technology and supply chain information sharing, including thedevelopment status of RFID technology at home and abroad, the meaning of RFIDtechnology for supply chain information-sharing. The third part, respectivelyintroduced Tianjin FAW Toyota and JunLebao Dairy company,through empiricalresearch methods, the successful experience of the application of RFID technology insupply chain management, which is the evidence that RFID has an importantsignificance in supply chain information-sharing. Part IV summarized some problemscurrently exist in supply chain information-sharing by using RFID technology, Thenthe author explored and proposed a a comprehensive solution countermeasures fromthese four angles: the cost price, technical standards, marketing risk andorganizational reform.
